HireHive is a platform that offers each user a personal AI Agent, who takes over the entire job search and application process.
We analyze the user's resume, skills and preferences and then automate every step:
from finding jobs, to customizing the CV and submitting the application.
Our goal is to reduce the stress, time and increase the efficiency of the job search and help people find a position that truly suits them.

The job search is slow, tedious and often frustrating. People spend hours each week applying for jobs and many give up not because they lack the qualifications, but because they are psychologically exhausted. The competition is fierce, so applications must be thoughtful and tailored, which further delays the process.
Our website tries to help students, unemployed people and others looking to change their career path by solving this problem

HireHive automates the entire job search pipeline.
Unlike existing solutions that only offer partial support, we provide:
• AI-generated, fully customized resumes and cover letters
• Automated job search across multiple platforms
• Autofill forms
• Dashboard that keeps the user informed at every stage
In short: the user doesn’t have to do anything. HireHive does everything.

There are tools in the space like LinkedIn, Jobscan, TealHQ and LazyApply. But none offer complete end to end automation. As the table shows, HireHive is the only one that combines: search, customization, completion tracking
into a single experience. This is our competitive advantage and the basis of our technological superiority.

The market is huge. If our product is sold at a cost of 15 euros,
the TAM (Total Addressable Market) reaches 15.6 billion euros.
This arises because there are approximately 1.1 billion people worldwide looking for a new or better job.

The SAM (Serviceable Available Market) limits the above number to people looking for a job online, that is, approximately 320 million users.
This translates to approximately 4.8 billion euros per year.

Finally, the SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market) is the part that we can realistically win in the first years.
Even with a very small percentage, approximately 0.5% of the SAM, we reach 1.6 million users, which corresponds to approximately 24 million euros per year.

Our strategy starts with the most important thing: trust.
We want the user to clearly see what AI is doing, what the results are, and how it improves their chances of finding a job.
We primarily target people who are already active online and looking for work — students, graduates, and people changing careers.

To reach this audience, we use the most effective channels:
• Social media ads on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, where there is a huge amount of activity around career content.
• Collaborations with universities and career offices, so we can reach students and young professionals.
• Influencer partnerships with creators who talk about work, productivity and personal development.
In this way, we appear exactly where our audience is.

The technology behind HireHive is what gives us the real competitive advantage, automating all the steps. We use 4 main systems:
• Job Discovery Engine, which automatically identifies the most relevant ads for the user.
• Resume & Cover Letter Tailoring Engine that adapts the resume and cover letter specifically for each position.
• Automated Application Submission Engine, which uses AI and browser automation to complete and submit applications without any intervention from the user.
• Finally, the Application Tracking & Notification System informs the user of any changes in the progress of their applications.

HireHive’s revenue model is simple, and is based on subscriptions, so that the user has continuous access to our services.
We start with the Free Plan, which allows the user to try the platform, see how the CV analysis works and what results they can expect. It is essentially a “taste” of the product.
Then we have the Premium Plan, at €14.99 per month, which gives full access to all features: automatic job search, CV customization, automatic application completion and tracking. This is our basic product and is aimed at students, graduates and people changing careers.
Finally, there is the Pro Plan, at €24.99, which offers a faster engine, priority processing and access to more professional features and business connections. This package is aimed at heavy users and professionals who make many applications each month.

In Year 1, our goal is to lay the foundation for the product.
• First, in Q1, we build the first working version of the platform, with the basic search, customization and autocomplete engines.
• Then in Q2, we move to beta launch, where we test the product with real users, collect feedback and improve the experience.
• Then in Q3, we expand the features, add more platforms, better automation and smarter CV customization.
• And for the end of the year in Q4, we focus on scaling, improving performance across all areas.
In Year 2, we move to a more mature phase.
• In Q1–Q2, we will add advanced features, such as more sophisticated AI analysis, better tracking and more automation.
• And finally in Q3-Q4 we will expand to new markets and new languages, with the main goal of dramatically increasing our user base.
